Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel, but a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellation by Orange Moon: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to insufficient stock, issues with payment processing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
2. Refunds and Returns
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Window: You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized or custom-made candles, and items on sale are non-returnable.
3. Process for Returns
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orangemoonindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 Hours of receipt at orangemoonindia@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to help you out.
5. Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at orangemoonindia@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are treated as a new order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original item and shipping costs of the new item.

Absolutely, yes. Bijoux insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Bijoux and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at team@bijoux.com and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at team@bijoux.com so we can arrange it for you.
